Bill Allen

Bill’s responsibilities include operations oversight as well as strategic planning for the organization. His career spans twenty-five years in all facets of transportation including base operations, owner-operations and carrier development. Bill started his career in 1981 at Air Mates Trucking where he started as a driver and eventually managed the entire operation. In 1989, he co-founded TTSI with Vic La Rosa. Their combined industry backgrounds have forged TTSI’s success as a proven service and growth-oriented organization within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry. Bill and Vic also co-founded Western Regional Delivery Service, a successful southern California LTL operation, eventually selling the firm to concentrate on TTSI’s growth. Bill Allen is currently a board member of Rotonics Manufacturing, Inc., and also serves on their audit committee.
