Victor
N. LaRosa
President and Co-founder
Vic LaRosa is President and Co-founder of TTSI
and a founding member of the Coalition for
Responsible Transportation (CRT) and was
recently elected to be a member of the
Waterfront Coalition Board of Directors.
Victor’s responsibilities include business
development as well as strategic planning for
TTSI. His career spans some thirty-two
(32) years in all facets of transportation
including operations and sales development.
In 1974, Victor started his career at REA
Express. Over the next two (2) decades, he
gained invaluable experience with airfreight,
Less Than Truckload (LTL), and truckload
carriers.
In 1989, he and Bill Allen co-founded TTSI.
Through astute application of their combined
industry backgrounds, they continue making
strides that contribute to TTSI as a complete
service and growth-oriented organization.
Victor holds his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree
from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New
Jersey and a degree in Transportation from the
Academy of Advanced Traffic, New York City.
Victor is an avid outdoorsman who spends all his
spare time hunting and fishing in Montana. He
believes that we all have a responsibility to
promote and protect our environment. His
plan is to position his company as a leader in
environmentally friendly solutions to support
his customers supply chain. He has become sought
as a speaker representing the transportation
industry viewpoint - we could reference some of
his recent events i.e. February's Faster Freight
- Cleaner Air 2008, December's Waterfront
Coalition's Houston Workshop and October's
Southern California Clean Vehicle Technology
Expo.
