In today’s day and age, it is not adequate to only provide exceptional service, but security of clients’ inventory is critical as well.  TTSI deeply believes in this philosophy.  At each of our distribution facilities, whether on the West Coast or East Coast, TTSI has installed state of the art technology in order to ensure that every client’s product is secure.

This has been accomplished though High Resolution Day/Night cameras throughout each facility, which monitor ALL facility access points including dock doors, windows and man doors.  Each camera is linked to a central Digital Video Recorder (DVR) in order to be reviewed in event of any incidents.  As a backup to the camera system monitoring…during off hours, all perimeter doors are wired to central alarm in event door is opened while facility is closed.  In addition to the camera and alarm systems…all entry points to the warehouse are accessible only through HID card readers.  HID cards are only assigned to personnel that are authorized to be in the warehouse.  All visitors are required to escorted by authorized TTSI representative at all times.  This process ensures only personnel with requirement/authority to be in the warehouse are able to gain entry.

Other added security measures include a 24/7 Guard service to manage access to trailer yard and trash compactor to prevent staging of items outside building for later retrieval.  All inbound/outbound carrier traffic is logged and checked to ensure carrier/driver/trailer/seal matches associated shipment paperwork authorized by TTSI management. 

In addition, to enhance safety/security of facility, all employee IDs and bags are checked to ensure no weapons or clients’ inventory has been either brought in or out of the facility.
